I am an independent attorney with 15 years of law experience working in firms, corporations and solo. I specialize in helping residential home owners buy and sell their homes and occupy them with security and peace of mind.
My practice is personal. You are guaranteed to work directly with me -- not with assistants, paralegals or junior attorneys. I am accessible to you and your broker when a question or concern arises. Usually, I am immediately available and if I am not, I make it a point to return calls within a couple of hours.
I conduct each home transaction as a team effort. I treat you and your broker as true partners. Buying or selling your home can be an emotionally charged time. I view my role as your guide through a challenging process - providing direction, experience and counsel. I listen carefully to discover and respond to your unique concerns. When problems arise, I find a solution that both protects your interest and moves the process toward a successful conclusion.
